24 restaurant chains, side by side

Every chain in the Nutrient Lookup database in one table: how many menu items it has here, the average calorie count across those items, and how many are under 600 calories. All figures are computed from the site's item database of chain-published nutrition disclosures, data as of July 2026.

Items tracked = menu items listed in that chain's menu sections in the database. With a calorie figure = those items carrying a calorie value. Every menu item counted here has a calorie figure; the 2 items without one are all records in the Imported sections and are left out. 5 of the 24 chains have an Imported section holding 61 imported retail grocery products; those products are left out of every figure in this table, which counts menu items only. Avg calories = sum of those calorie values divided by the count with a calorie figure, rounded to the nearest whole calorie. Share under 600 cal = items under 600 calories divided by the count with a calorie figure, rounded to the nearest whole percent. Item figures follow each item's recorded serving; serving sizes differ across items and chains and are not converted to a common weight.
